One of the first things we checked for was the size of the strollers when they would be folded. While many strollers today are both small in size and usually lightweight, not all of them were portable or storable easily, for that matter. What’s more, we usually take these strollers along for our holidays as well, including when we go camping. So, we considered how easy it was to carry the stroller, whether it stood upright when folded, and whether it would fit in the overhead space on a flight or the trunk of a car.
Weight
The next big factor on our list was weight. After all, we’d be going jogging with the stroller, so we had to make sure that the stroller was easy and lightweight to jog with. Usually, we looked for products weighing 15 lbs or less, which certainly made it easier for us to move on even garden paths. Of course, having lightweight strollers also made it easier when we were traveling with the tots, whether by car or by flight.
Wheel considerations
